Practice in Action 2020 shifted our perspectives and gave us all insights to draw from in these dynamic times. We are grateful to have landed home safely just days before international borders began to close due to the crisis of covid-19. Plans for our next visit to beautiful Guatemala are on pause as we focus on sending ripples of love, vitality, and safety to all.

My sweet friend Emily Warr, co-founder of The Rustic House, also shares a love for practice, service, and the community of Lake Atitlan. Her connection to Rising Minds sparked this trip and This Little Light branch of her candle business. A portion of each Agave + Lime candle sold will directly fund our community project in February.

Together, we are co-creating with our local partners a week of experiential education of the mind, body and spirit. In this ever-changing climate of cultural and social evolution, let’s cultivate a living practice of exploration, connection, and appreciation.
