Wildflower Tea shop & Apothecary has been a sacred space of true connection and healing for many years. These will be some our final times to steep in gratitude and peace during its transition. The tea shop will not be open to the public the morning before our gatherings so please plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before we start!
Bring a mat/blanket to practice on the tile floor and wear comfortable clothes/layers.
With light guidance, we will spend some time silently sipping and then sharing a bit about our experience. We will sit in chairs for our tea meditation.
By definition, to Steep is to surround or fill with a quality or influence. While pursuing a state of health, or Wellness, we become acutely aware of how our habits, thoughts, and practices infuse our day and either do ~ or do not ~ support our well-being. Much like a pouch of herbs soak in water to extract the flavor and medicinal qualities, we will sit with tea + gentle guidance in meditation to steep our own presence.
